Beauty is in some ways totally over-priced and yes Valley Girl is right as well. We all notice that hot guy when he walks in, either because he is hot looking or because you can feel that "I am so hot and you want me kind of attitude" that hits you first. And no guy asks about your mind before he has already checked you out ;) Beauty no matter how you look at it will be a state of mind. I have seen down dead beautiful women I wouldn't want to be around cause they are all empty inside and I have seen women that kind of mousy like and men can't stay away from. It will always be about who you are on the inside. BUT a little makeup and a great pair of looking nails never hurt either right ladies? BTW Thanks Todd you are too kind! I get a monthly French pedicure that is terrific for $33. I think it's called something easy like Capitol Nails. And I pay $39 a month to go to all the Bally's in the region - it's less if you just want to choose the one closest.
