The website isn't uploading for me this am but we are going there for lunch today with an AZ relative. They do have cakes frozen for travel and MANY people hit this place before heading on a plane. G&M Crabcakes on Hammonds Ferry Rd in Lithicum. The website isn’t uploading for me this am but we are going there for lunch today with an AZ relative. They do have cakes frozen for travel and MANY people hit this place before heading on a plane.

You HAVE to add J. Gilbert's in McLean to this list - my absolute favorite steakhouse I've been to since I've been down here. I would also add the Lost Dog Cafe in Arlington to this list as a great place for lunch - and part of their proceeds goes to saving/adopting lost dogs! The other place that has to be added to this list is Matchbox Pizza downtown by the Verizon Center - the best pizza in the DC area (although Pizzeria Paradiso in Georgetown is a close second!).
